Yes! We are fully licensed to practice in the State of NE.

We travel to your home for sick visits. We treat the same things you'll see at a doctor's office or urgent care. Contact us for more details!

We are currently taking the follow insurance: - BCBS of NE (Network Blue) - BCBS (advantage) - UHC - AARP - Traditional Medicare part B - Medica - Midlands Choice - TriWest. We are unable to take Aetna due to their restricted health policy. We provide a self pay discount for those with a higher deductible or without insurance. Please call us to inquire.

We are not a mobile phlebotomy service. We do draw labs if it is warranted and if it is related to your visit with us. We can also order lab services with our lab partners.

We can order imaging tests right from home! Metro Mobile Urgent Care has partnered with a mobile X-ray to come to your home. We can also order imaging to be done via NE Health Imaging. Imaging will be only ordered if it is related to your visit and diagnosis.

We treat patients who are six months and older.

Our charges depend on whether you have insurance or are self-paying. We accept BCBS of NE, Midlands Choice, UHC, Medicare B, and TriWest. For those without insurance or with high deductibles, our self-pay discount often makes our services more affordable. Contact us for specific pricing details.

A lot of people prefer to be seen in the comfort of their own home in order to avoid people who are potentially sick.

We can usually provide first medicine treatment on site and we can send a script to your preferred pharmacy for you to pick up the same day, or the next day.

As a mobile urgent care service, we travel throughout the Omaha Metro area and nearby locations like Bennington, Bellevue, and Ashland. However, we do not travel to Blair, Fremont, Lincoln, or Council Bluffs, IA. For those outside our travel range, our telehealth services might be a suitable option. Contact us to learn more.

No, we do not prescribe or carry narcotics. If you need a refill for narcotic medication, please contact your primary care doctor. Our focus is on providing safe and effective care without the use of narcotics.

Yes, we offer IV hydration for those who need extra fluids but cannot drink enough. Please note that this service is not covered by insurance and will be a self-pay visit. Call us for more details and to see if you qualify.

Yes, we do test and treat for urinary tract infections (UTIs). If you suspect you have a UTI, we can provide the necessary tests and treatment right in the comfort of your home.
